Service Now is the main database we use to provide our services and where we get critical data used in reporting the different program areas performance.Before starting reporting you need to uderstand certain aspects of SNOW in order to get your data for reports and to be abe to recognize what belongs where and why it is important for reporting metrics.

Excel
The reports you will generate mostly have had the hard parts done for you, but you still have to organize and the compile the data in excel in a way that the tableau dashboards can use. Tableau
The great part about tableau is that once you have built the dashboards (already done for you), updating reports are a matter of collecting the new data you have compiled and changing the filters. We'll also go over some tips and tricky areas you might run into and need to keep a lookout for.
